This includes damage from heat, soot, and smoke as well as water or chemicals used to extinguish the fire. I called Performance Restoration on a Saturday due to a water pipe clogging that caused water to flood in the ceiling above my garage. They arrived at my home within 30 minutes, answered all of my questions, gave me an honest quote and started the clean up process right away. There was also an area that had mold from a leaking toilet that they treated. If you have any water issues and are on the fence as to whether you should call someone or not…call Performance Restoration!!! There was a lot of water being held in place by the insulation board in my garage ceiling that could have taken days and caused considerable damage before I found the exact source. They have the right equipment to locate the affected areas and take all of the necessary steps from start to finish to ensure there are no mold issues in the future.
